The St. James Timeline
Our History, Our Story
In 1994, The Clubs at St. James was just a dream one of Homer Wright's big ideas for the future. He envisioned what clubhouses, communities, and amenities would look like across the sprawling Coastal Carolina acreage, unable to predict what the next 20 years would bring.
Today, we know Mr. Wright's dream came to life, delivering even more than he could have imagined! His vision expanded as the club grew, including more of the luxuries our members love and enjoy today golf courses, clubhouses, tennis courts, swimming pools, fine dining, and the marina.
