Private Room Reservation Policy

This policy applies to ALL private and social Member group meetings in Clubhouses.

Members will have the option of selecting catered food and beverage services, which will often replace room rental charges, or Members may elect to pay only basic room rental charges, if catered food and beverage services are not desired.

Catered events may be booked up to 18 months in advance, under the terms of our standard Catering contract. A copy is always available for hostess/host review.
All Members Club event reservations must be made through The Clubs Catering Department: (910) 253-9500, x210. Players Club room reservations are available by calling The Players Club at (910) 457-0049, x2.


Social room reservations – without the desired food and beverage minimum – will only be committed up to thirty (30) days prior. Clubs cannot accept long-term reservations for recurring social events that do not utilize The Clubs’ food and beverage services.
Room Rental shall not be applied on meetings of Club Advisory or monthly Club Sub-Committee meetings.


Food and beverage minimum purchases or room rental fee will apply to all other groups. R
oom rental fees will include basic table coverings and a beverage station consisting of iced tea and iced water. Room Rental fees have been determined by applying seating capacity, and revenue potential, formula to each of The Club’s private rooms.

Special equipment rentals and specialty linens are available as needed and should be requested, in writing, three (3) weeks prior to the date of the event. Additional rental charges will sometimes apply, based on equipment requested.
The Clubs must provide all food and beverages served in Clubhouses. No outside, or non-Club food or beverage services are allowed on Club property.


The rates included on this page apply to Club Member usage only. Non-members may have an opportunity to reserve available facilities, with food and beverage minimum, plus applicable room rental rates.
