Membership Card Photography Schedule:

Where: The Members Athletic Club

When: Drop-in, Monday – Sunday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm. Please check-in at the front desk and one of our Associates will be happy to assist you.


Once your photo is taken, your Membership Card will be available for pick-up in The Members Club Golf Shop:


Photo taken: Monday – Thursday, Pick-up: After 4:00 pm the following day

Photo taken: Friday – Sunday, Pick-up: After 4:00 pm on Monday


If you prefer that we mail your Membership Card, please inform our Associate.


Please present your Membership Card:


One of the primary reasons for a photo-ID Club Membership Card is to protect your valuable membership rights. Club Associates are required to handle, review, and physically 'swipe' your Membership Card. The Clubs Accounting Department will not process any Member Discount claimed, unless the proper Club Membership Card has been presented, and 'swiped'.


Please present your Membership Card for every transaction, whether dining, golfing, playing tennis, working out, swimming, or shopping.


The Clubs Member Accounts-Receivable Manager also insists on a Card ‘swipe’ to assure that all purchases, including cart fees, court fees, and/or guest fees, are charged to the proper Membership Account. Presenting your Membership Card for each transaction will avoid mistaken member charges by others, and vice versa.


If you are an active Club Member and have misplaced your card, please send an email to bjones@troongolf.com, and arrange for a replacement Membership Card (minimal fee).


If you happen to forget your Membership Card at home one day, Club Associates have been instructed to request another form of photo identification. Club Associates will ask you to wait momentarily while they verify your ‘active’ membership status.


This is one of The Clubs Accounting Policies, not an optional decision on the part of Club Associates, so please be patient.
