Gentle Stretch & Tone - A superb low-intensity strength conditioning class that is great for everyone, especially beginners and those just returning to fitness. Focus is on muscle tone, flexibility and posture. 
MAXIMUM CAPACITY = 15

 

Turbo Circuit Challenge - A super high-intensity cardio and strength class utilizing athletic sports movements (i.e. tennis, hiking, swimming, kayaking & golf) as well as TURBO cardio segments. Push your fat burning system into gear. A “must” for athletic cross training!

Core Sculpting on the Ball - A dynamic approach to cardio, strength and flexibility training that utilizes the stability and weighted medicine balls. Focus is on core conditioning and balance.

Golf Core Conditioning for Men - Specially designed to strengthen the major muscles involved in rotational sports. A fun, easy to follow aerobic component will increase endurance and burn body fat. Although everyone is always welcome to any of our classes, Golf Core Conditioning for Men focuses on the areas of importance for guys.

Turbo 25.10.10 - Hi-Lo Aerobics, strength training and core conditioning set to motivating music.

Zumba GOLD Latin-inspired dance. Tailored to the 50+ individuals. International musical influences Rock ‘n’ Roll, Pop, Salsa, Mambo and shake your Cha-Cha!

Resistance & Core - Total body workout utilizing resistance tubes for strength and tone with an intense focus on core conditioning. MAXIMUM CAPACITY = 18

 

W.O.W (Women on Weights) - 30 minutes of strength training with weights. Strengthen, tone and define major muscle groups in your body. MAXIMUM CAPACITY = 15

 

Turbo N-R-G (“Energy”) (Instructor’s Choice) - A dynamic and challenging high-intensity approach to a blend of Advanced STEP, Bootcamp, Cardio Box, Hi-Lo, Weights, Yoga and/or Core components.

Cardio Fusion - A super high-intensity sweat invoking cardio class. Burn fat, improve bone density, balance, flexibility and strength. Fusions is also a “Blend” that is comparable to Turbo N-R-G! It’s very inspirational! TGIF!

Just Dance Sensation - Cardio Dance for fun and maximum health benefits. Feel the rhythm, enhance your overall well-being! MAXIMUM CAPACITY = 12

 

STEP Reebok- STEP is an intense energizing cardio class that utilizes the STEP bench. STEP height, choreography and tempo varies between Intro, Intermediate and Advanced Levels. Please note the class requirements.

Turbo Hard Core (Golf & Tennis Sports Conditioning) - A “co-ed” class designed to improve core strength. A variety of equipment such as stability balls/medicine balls will be utilized during this 30 minute Turbo Hard Core workout. MAXIMUM CAPACITY= 12
